02The Basics
What is chair massage?
Chair massage is a short, fully clothed massage performed on a specially designed ergonomic chair. Sessions run 10 to 20 minutes and focus on the neck, shoulders, back, and arms. There are no oils and no disrobing, which is why it works so well in offices and at events.
Fully clothed, no oils
Treatment happens over clothing on a purpose-built ergonomic chair. No disrobing, no lotions, no shower needed afterward.
15 minutes per person
Long enough to release the neck, shoulders, back, and arms. Short enough to fit between meetings without disrupting the day.
Anywhere with 6x6 feet
A boardroom, an empty office, or a corner of the event floor. No power or water needed; we bring the chair and supplies.
Delivered by RMTs
Every therapist is registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario, the same standard as a clinical treatment.

Where on-site chair massage works best
Offices and workplaces
Massage in the office as a wellness day, a quarterly perk, or a recurring program. Employees book a slot and step away from their desk for 20 minutes.
Appreciation and milestone days
Employee appreciation weeks, project wrap celebrations, and end-of-quarter thank-yous. A perk people actually line up for.
Conferences and trade shows
A chair massage station draws steady traffic to a booth and gives attendees a reason to stay and talk. We handle the queue.
Wellness fairs and off-sites
Health and wellness fairs, team retreats, and off-site planning days across Toronto and the GTA. We travel to the venue.

Chair massage questions
Anything we missed? Call or email and we'll answer the same day.
How much does chair massage cost in Toronto?
We charge flat rates per event: $699 for 1 therapist (up to 20 people), $1,099 for 2 therapists (up to 40 people), $1,799 for 3 therapists (up to 60 people), and $2,499 for 4 therapists (up to 80 people). That works out to roughly $27 to $47 per employee depending on the tier.
How long is each chair massage session?
Each session is 15 minutes of hands-on massage followed by a 5-minute reset before the next person, so the schedule runs on clean 20-minute intervals. One therapist serves up to 20 people over a 5 to 6 hour day.
Do employees stay clothed during chair massage?
Yes. Chair massage is performed fully clothed on an ergonomic massage chair, with no oils or lotions. Employees can return straight to their desk or the next meeting afterward.
How much space does an office chair massage setup need?
Each chair station needs roughly a 6 by 6 foot footprint: a boardroom, an unused office, or a quiet corner all work. No power outlet or water access is required. We bring the chairs, sanitation supplies, and everything else.
Can employees claim chair massage through insurance?
Every session is delivered by a CMTO-registered massage therapist, and individual insurance receipts are available on request. Whether a 15-minute event session qualifies depends on each employee's extended health plan, so we recommend they check their coverage terms.
How far in advance should we book a chair massage event?
Two to three weeks of lead time is ideal for most office events in Toronto and the GTA. Shorter timelines are sometimes possible depending on therapist availability, so reach out even if your event is close.
