6 specialized treatments,
one therapist
Every session is tailored to your body, your goals, and your schedule. CMTO-registered massage therapy at our Markham clinic, or delivered to your home or office across the GTA.

Ideal for
Chronic neck, shoulder, or lower back tension
Desk-related postural pain
Recovery from repetitive strain
Deep-seated muscle knots and trigger points
02Deep Tissue Therapy
Deep Tissue Therapy
Targeted relief for chronic tension
Slow, deliberate pressure applied to deeper muscle layers and connective tissue. We use trigger point work, myofascial release, and cross-fibre techniques to break down adhesions and restore function.
What to expect
Your therapist begins with a focused assessment to identify problem areas. Pressure is firm but always within your tolerance, communication is ongoing throughout the session. You may experience some tenderness for 24-48 hours as your muscles release and recover.

Ideal for
Forward head posture and rounded shoulders
Lower back pain from prolonged sitting
Hip tightness and limited range of motion
Recurring pain that keeps coming back
03Posture Correction & Mobility
Posture Correction & Mobility
Realign, rebalance, move better
An assessment-first approach that identifies tight and weak muscle patterns contributing to poor posture. We combine targeted massage with mobility techniques to rebalance the body and support better movement long-term.
What to expect
Your session starts with a postural assessment, where we evaluate how you stand, sit, and move to identify imbalances. Treatment focuses on lengthening tight muscles and activating underused ones. You'll leave with specific home care exercises to reinforce the work between sessions.

Ideal for
General muscle tension and stress
Monthly or bi-weekly maintenance
Headaches and jaw tension
Overall relaxation with therapeutic benefit
04Therapeutic Massage
Therapeutic Massage
Balanced pressure for full-body relief
A firm yet comfortable full-body massage designed for general tension relief, stress reduction, and overall muscle maintenance. Therapeutic pressure without the intensity of deep tissue work, ideal for regular upkeep.
What to expect
A flowing, full-body treatment that addresses your key tension areas without the intensity of deep tissue work. Your therapist adjusts pressure throughout based on your feedback. Most clients feel noticeably lighter and more relaxed immediately after.

Ideal for
Pre- and post-workout recovery
Training for marathons, competitions, or events
Recurring sports injuries or muscle strains
Improving flexibility and range of motion
05Athletic Sport Massage
Athletic Sport Massage
Perform better, recover faster
Dynamic, movement-based techniques tailored for active individuals. Whether you're training for competition or staying active recreationally, this treatment supports flexibility, recovery, and range of motion.
What to expect
We combine sports-specific massage techniques with assisted stretching and joint mobilization. Sessions are more dynamic than traditional massage, expect movement, active engagement, and targeted work on the muscle groups most relevant to your activity.

Ideal for
Chronic back and shoulder tension
Muscle recovery after intense training
Fascial adhesions and scar tissue
Stress relief and improved circulation
06Cupping Therapy
Cupping Therapy
Release, restore, recover
Traditional cupping combined with massage therapy. Silicone and glass cups create targeted suction to release deep fascial tension, improve blood flow, and accelerate recovery, ideal as a standalone treatment or complement to deep tissue work.
What to expect
Your therapist assesses your tension areas and selects the appropriate cup size and technique, static placement, gliding, or flash cupping. Sessions may leave temporary circular marks that typically fade within 3-7 days. Cupping is often combined with massage for maximum benefit.

Ideal for
Stubborn knots that return after shorter sessions
Widespread tension across multiple muscle groups
Referred pain, where a knot in one area causes pain elsewhere
Anyone who wants the most thorough single session available
07Trigger Point Release Intensive
Trigger Point Release Intensive
Two full hours, nothing but knot release
A two-hour session dedicated entirely to trigger point work. Your therapist systematically locates hyperirritable knots in taut muscle bands across the whole body and releases them with sustained ischemic compression. No filler, no rushing, just deep, methodical point-by-point work.
What to expect
After a full-body assessment, your therapist works methodically through every region, applying sustained pressure to each active trigger point until it releases. Two uninterrupted hours mean nothing gets rushed. Expect some tenderness for 24 to 48 hours as the muscles recover.

Does deep tissue massage hurt?
Deep tissue work uses firm pressure, but your therapist always communicates throughout the session and adjusts to your tolerance. You may experience some tenderness for 24-48 hours after as muscles release and recover.
How do I know which massage type is right for me?
Book any session and your therapist will assess your needs in person. They'll recommend the best treatment based on your body, goals, and how you're feeling that day. All treatments are the same rate.
Are sessions covered by insurance?
Yes. Our therapists are CMTO-registered RMTs, so sessions are eligible for coverage under most extended health plans including Sun Life, Manulife, and Green Shield. Insurance receipts are provided after every session.
How often should I book?
For maintenance and stress management, every 2-4 weeks is ideal. For chronic pain or injury recovery, weekly sessions may be recommended initially. Your therapist will suggest a frequency based on your specific needs.
What do I need to prepare for a mobile session?
Just a clear space roughly 8 × 6 feet in your home or office. We bring everything, professional massage table, fresh linens, and all supplies. Setup takes about 5 minutes.
