Flat-rate corporate chair massage

One transparent rate per event. Each session is 15 minutes of chair massage with a 5-minute reset between clients (20-minute intervals). One therapist serves roughly 15 to 18 employees over a 5 to 6 hour day. Choose your tier based on team size.

05/Wellness Partnership

A no-cost on-site wellness partnership

For companies that want to support employee wellbeing without a corporate event budget. We set up a recurring on-site clinic at your office; employees book individually and pay at standard RMT rates with insurance direct billing. The company provides the room, we provide everything else.

Zero spend, zero admin burden. We handle scheduling and direct billing with insurance providers.

Employees book and pay individually

Each employee books their own session and pays at standard RMT rates. Most extended health plans cover the full cost.

Direct insurance billing available

We bill Sun Life, Manulife, Canada Life, GreenShield, and most major providers directly. Employees use a benefit they are already paying for.

Sessions in your wellness room

Treatment happens in a private or semi-private room you provide. We bring the table, chair setup, linens, oils, and supplies.

Flexible visit cadence

Weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly visits during agreed hours. Scale up or down as employee demand changes.

What's the difference between a corporate event and a wellness partnership?

Corporate events are employer-funded, single-day group experiences using flat-rate pricing ($699 to $2,499). Wellness partnerships are ongoing, no employer cost: we set up a recurring on-site clinic, employees book and pay individually with insurance direct billing.

How does corporate office massage work?

We bring everything to your office, massage chairs, tables, linens, and supplies. Employees sign up for time slots, and our CMTO-registered therapists provide chair or table massage on-site. No disruption to the workday.

Does the wellness partnership really cost the employer nothing?

Correct. Under the partnership model, the company provides a private or semi-private room and agreed access hours. Employees book individually and pay at standard RMT rates, which most extended health plans cover via direct insurance billing. There's no employer fee, no admin burden, and no minimum commitment.

What's included in an employee appreciation day package?

Our day packages include a full-day on-site therapist, massage chair or table setup, scheduling coordination, and insurance receipts for each employee. Packages start at a flat day rate with flexible session lengths.

Can we set up a recurring program?

Yes. Many of our corporate clients book recurring weekly or bi-weekly visits. We handle scheduling, employee sign-ups, and provide monthly reporting on utilization.

Are sessions covered by employee insurance?

Yes. Our therapists are CMTO-registered, so individual sessions are eligible for extended health coverage. Each employee receives their own insurance receipt after every session.

How much space do you need?

For chair massage, a quiet corner or meeting room works perfectly, about 6 × 6 feet per chair. For table massage, a private office or meeting room with roughly 8 × 10 feet of clear space is ideal.

What's the minimum team size?

There's no minimum. We work with teams as small as 5 and as large as 500+. Pricing is customized based on your team size, frequency, and location.

How far in advance do we need to book?

For one-time events, 1 to 2 weeks notice is typically sufficient. For recurring programs, we recommend reaching out 2 to 3 weeks ahead to coordinate scheduling and setup.

Do you serve offices outside of Toronto?

Yes. We serve offices across the GTA including Toronto, North York, Scarborough, Markham, and Richmond Hill. Contact us if your office is in a different area, we may be able to accommodate.

How much does corporate chair massage cost per employee?

Pricing is flat-rate per event and scales with the number of therapists you book. 1 therapist serves 15-20 employees for $699, 2 therapists serve 30-40 for $1,099, 3 therapists serve 45-60 for $1,799, and 4 therapists serve 60-80 for $2,499. Per-employee cost works out to roughly $30-$45 depending on tier.

How long is each massage session at a corporate event?

Each employee gets a 15-minute chair massage. We schedule on 20-minute intervals (15 minutes of treatment plus a 5-minute reset between clients) so the day runs smoothly with no overlap.

Is corporate massage tax deductible in Canada?

Corporate wellness programs, including on-site massage, may be tax deductible as a business expense in Canada. We recommend consulting your accountant for specific guidance on your situation.
